The office is located at 118-35 Queens Blvd, Suite 1515, on the 15th floor, in Forest Hills, New York. The building, also known as Forest Hills Tower, is a large tan building just west of the intersection of Union Turnpike and Queens Blvd. It is 2 blocks west of the Queens Criminal Court. There are two entrances to the building, one on Queens Blvd and the other on 78th Crescent.
The Kew Gardens Union Turnpike subway station is located right in front of the office building. The E & F trains stop at the Kew Gardens Union Turnpike station.
Exit the subway near the rear of the train when coming from Manhattan or western Queens. Exit at the front of the train when coming from Jamaica. Look for the sign “78th Avenue”. Make a right at the station attendant booth and when you exit the station you should see the sign “North Side Queens Blvd”. Once at street level, walk east towards 78th Crescent. Enter the building on 78th Crescent as the bank of elevators that take you to my office are located at that entrance.
There is a Kew Gardens Station on the LIRR. If coming from Long Island, you can get the Kew Gardens, Forest Hills line at the Jamaica Station. Queens Blvd is two blocks north of the LIRR Kew Gardens Station. When you get to Queens Blvd, cross to the north side and walk west to the office building.
Take the Northern State Parkway West, which becomes the Grand Central Parkway when you cross the city line, to the Union Turnpike-Queens Boulevard Exit, No. 15. Stay to your right and go to traffic light the top of the hill which is Queens Blvd. Make a right onto Queens Blvd service road and then an immediate hard right onto 78th Crescent. The building entrance is on your left. Approximately 50 feet past the building entrance is the entrance to the parking garage, also on your left. Short term parking is available in the garage for a fee.
Take the BQE to LIE. Stay to your right and take the Woodhaven-Queens Blvd exit. Exit at the Queens Blvd exit and make a right at your first light onto Queens Blvd into the express lane. Stay in the express lane for approximately 2 miles and then exit the express lane to the local lane. You should pass a PC Richards on your right. The local lane becomes Kew Gardens Road on the east side of Union Turnpike. Make a left onto 80th Road and head back west on Queens Blvd (U turn). As soon as you cross back over Union Turnpike, 78th Crescent is on your right. Make the right onto 78th Crescent and the building entrance is on your left. Approximately 50 feet past the building entrance on your left is the entrance to the parking garage, also on your left. Short term parking is available in the garage for a fee.
Take the Belt Parkway East to the Van Wyck Expressway North to the Whitestone Bridge. Exit at Queens Blvd, Exit No. 10. You will now be heading West on Queens Blvd. You will pass the Queens Criminal Court on your right and my office will be a few blocks up on your right. You must stay to your right and stay in the service lane and make your first right onto 78th Crescent. The building entrance is on your left. Approximately 50 feet past the building entrance is the entrance to the parking garage, also on your left. Short term parking is available in the garage for a fee.
Take the Whitestone Bridge to the Whitestone Expressway South. Stay left on the Expressway and the Whitestone Expressway becomes the Van Wyck Expressway. Exit at Union Turnpike West At your first light make a right onto Queens Blvd service road and then an immediate hard right onto 78th Crescent. The building entrance is on your left.
