David E. Duhan
David Duhan served with the New York City Police Department for twenty years. While working for the NYPD David attended law school at night and was admitted to the New York State bar in 1992. He retired from the NYPD in 2003 with the rank of Sergeant. When he left public service, David was the Executive Officer (second in command) of the NYPD’s Legal Bureau’s Civil Enforcement Unit, where he managed 62 uniform and civilian members including 35 attorneys. Mr. Duhan’s skills, developed as police officer and attorney are now utilized to serve his clients’ best interests. David is also a lifelong Queens resident and avid cyclist.
